Comments to this post:

well....

it says 6-4-08 right above your entry...maybe I am missing something?

You come to the right place for support...there are a lot of us here attempting to lose weight or just get in shape.

If you need the motivation, you have to find what works for you. A reward at every 10 lbs, a new shirt, a pedicure, a movie...it just depends on who you are and what works for you.

Just reach out to any of us, we all listen pretty well .

I will be back to check on you....stay in it...you can do this!!

Welcome!

Welcome to EP.  Good luck on your journey.  Take that weight off one pound at a time.  Don't look at the big picture.  Sometimes it can be overwhelming.  You've definitely come to the right place for support, though.  Read as many blogs as possible.  So motivating!

Good Luck!!

Congratulations on taking the first step to a healthier and skinnier you.  I wish you the best of luck.  You can definately get alot of motivation just by reading other's blogs.  You will be able to see what's working for some people and things that aren't working out so well.  If you have a question about one of the blogs leave a comment and they'll cantact you.

As for me and the exercise thing a found that reading while i walk helps time go by alot faster.

We are all in this together, everyone here is either trying to lose weight or to get healthier.

I'm a newbie too!

Hello! NIce meeting you all. Im new to phen too. I started last tuesday. I am deaf. I could use feedbacks and supports! I feels I am doing it on my own. I dont have much friends but up in Canada. I'm a canadian living in Florida, enjoying the weather!

I feels great! I need to lose 112 lbs.  My goal is down to 150 lbs on my 5' 3" frame. I try to keep up with walking. I take 30 mins one mile on my one hour lunch break Mon - Fri. Sometimes whatever I'm up more for it, I go to the park after work walking another mile. I drinks plenty plenty of water (GEEZ! LOL) I'm hoping to stick it all the way.

On first day using phen I do get headaches and mouth so dry too but it is normal. It will go away soon after itself... I hope!

Hi...

Hi sumurrwait

I'm new here also, I wish you the best of luck, hopefully we can be an inspiration to each other ^i^

Good Luck!

I have 70 lbs to lose but it might as well be 100. I have a very slow metabolism and I hate to exercise ... but I'm motivated.

I'm doing the Jenny Craig program. I am generally the side effect queen when it comes to medications. After hearing about some of the side effects that go with some weightloss drugs, I'm more than a little hesitant to try them myself; however, I know a couple of people that have lost a lot of weight with Phen. My friend, Linda, lost more than 100 lbs. and looks and feels great!

Best wishes!

hello

I'm pretty new still and know exactly how you feel.Just do mini goals to get you to the bigger goal thats what I do and also for more of a support feel I add anyone who post to my blogs to my buddy list that way you can see if they have a new entry and you can comment them too. After reading other people's blog you can see that your not alone and will be suprised at how much you'll find incommon with others and it really does help.I have had some great incouraging words here. Also drink lots and lots of water,I know it's hard but thats only in the beginning and once your body gets used to it thats all you'll be reaching for later and it makes a big difference.

Good luck!
