This is new for me...
I did not put my self first in my family, now i am over 100 pounds overweight and i need to do something about it, i need motivation! I need to walk, get out of house etc.. anyone out there in same predicament i would love to have support

Hello, I just started taking phentermine today, i took fastin 12 yrs. ago and lost 40 but now I have a lot more to lose, i hope this will jump start me! I quit smoking 10 yrs. ago and gained so much, now i have over 100 pounds to take off! I guess it is one at a time, right? well, today is the start of my new life!
