mamma mia !
SBD the whole week ? uh-uh ... whatever ! impossible ... last night had a gorgeous chinese dinner .. my boss and i ... she had ordered so much ! .. anyhow ! lost a kilo since sunday so i'm happy ... i'll take that !
now to today ...
coffee - (50) cal
2 caramels - (80) cal
soup 500ml - (224) cal
2 slices of gouda - (240) cal
tea/water ...
corn - (180) cal
--> 780 cal
have to lose some more before thursday ! am seeing my bestie ...it's been ages since i left for taiwan .. and still haven't seen her ! can't wait and want to wear some fancy shmancy clothes :) --- around the 78 kilos ? if possible ? we'll see eh !

Starting ...
yet again ... and as much as i feel horribly ashamed ...i have decided to come back to extrapounds... erase my "old" blog and start afresh ...
it hurts to see that yes ..i have been up and down so many years ... drastically ? nope, never around the 15 kilos, etc .. but around 2-3 or 5 kilos ... and then last year, so stressed, unhappy and frustrated with uni and work ... i gained a LOT ..
here i am again .. back from my overseas program in Taiwan ... that;'s it ! finished... shall say ADIEU to the 80 kg ! ... never again !
when will i ever reach those 68kg ?? it has been years !!! around 5 or so !!! what a shame !
so there ... started SBD again today ... will be hard to be on track all week given i have a restaurant tomorrow (chinese), italian thursday .. and seeing my grandparents this weekend ... sigh .. but i'll be fine !
here's to motivation ! and reaching my goal(s) ! :)
