Mid-Week
It's Thursday - quite a week - being very careful with what I eat although I always am frustrated at the lack of progress even though I am aware it is only a few days. I don't think I'm being great with the whole process but definitly doing well and I have cut back a lot of bad stuff I was eating before I restarted taking account of what I was putting in my system.
