Here we are

food wise doing very well also thanks to a food bug.  Cookery lesson went really well but very apprehensive about trip abroad as I'm unwell.  Ideally I guess I would not go at all but I have to try and make it.  Not much to say because otherwise it will be all negative and I don't want to be all negative.
