I have to eat to lose !
I am now down nearly 3 pounds since Saturday! 2.80 to be exact. I'm staying on track this time (I pray)
The concept of eating less and losing is so engraved in me that after seeing the plateau breaker diet work while being stuffed and forcing myself to eat and continuing to drop pounds and inches;
I still go back to old starvation ways and guess what? I gain every time!
The idea is that the body goes into 'starvation mode' and holds on to weight when we don't eat.

This is my first post. I am back on the plateau breaker diet that I lost 12 pounds on (6 in the first 3 days) to lose the last 10 pounds.
In hindsight I see why I got off the diet:
A) I felt I was 'missing out' on my favorite sweets
B) My hubby is a big drinker and so are our friends. Once I added wine in I decided all else was futile. I mean why diet when I was drinking everyday!
C) I convinced myself that I was under too much stress to diet at that time; of course that's a big lie!
So I'm back and will be visiting often to give accountablity.
