Yes that's right. I'm ready to SCREAM! I'm having a bridal breakdown! I now have 6 bridesmaids bc of some miscommunication, screw ups and 3 of them not living in WI and 1 living in Australia. O-M-G. Plus, I still haven't found a florist I like and now my lovely parents are going back of paying what they said they would help pay for. Weddings aren't cheap especially when I'm still in school and JP doesn't graduate til May and won't have a real job until September. I'm PISSED.
But I'm rocking WW and did Ab Jam this morning. Rar
1/4 C Fat Free cheddar cheese (1)
1/4 C Black Beans (0)
3 oz shredded grilled chicken (2)
1/4 C diced tomatoes and onions (or salsa instead)
1/4 C Fat Free Mottzerella Cheese (1) (by layering 1 cheese on the bottom and one on top the burrito sticks together better, less mess!)
Fold the tortilla over in half and microwave about 1 minute or until desired temp it reached!!
Serve with salsa, and I had 2T ff sour cream too (0)
For sides I had 1/2 C FF refried beans (1) and 1C strawberries and pinneapple (1).
I am totally satisfyed with my dinner!
So today was an awesome day! I have been battling internally with the fact that I need to be in school another 3 years (grrr) but today I found my solution! I am going to get my associate's degree at CVTC in Early Childhood Education and after that transfer to UWO for their accelerated Elementarty ed program for those that already have an associate's degree and are looking to get their teaching liscense. This way I can stop jumping through hoops at my current school and start taking core classes which I am amazing at.
After I was done doing all my college research I did some Turbo Sculpt and I'm a little sore but I'm still going to do Cardio Party/Ab Jam later tonight. I'm trying to rack up some AP's so I don't need to use my FP's.
So this week I've been struggling a wee bit on my activity. Yesterday I played DDR with my lil bro for almost an hour and a half and today I didn't really do anything... whoops. I need to keep in mind that I did order my wedding dress on the next size down so if I don't lose these 20ish pounds there's gonna be a preeeetty big problem. And it will be all my fault.
This week I also rejoined Weight Watchers. I've been doing it on my own the past couple weeks but I really enjoy meetings and attribute that to my success in the past. I quit last time bc my leader was this crockety old bag that was incapable of inspiring a group of already motivated people. I just had no reason to continue paying that kind of money when I wasn't trying at all. Well I'm off to bed- yay for tommorrow being Friday!!!
So today has been great! I got to sleep in, and woke up had a little bfast and then went grocery shopping- AND I STUCK TO MY LIST WHOOP WHOOP!
I got back home and did Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout and Turbo Sculpt. It was tough, but I made it and I feel great. I'm hoping to order another DVD or two coming soon since I'm pretty much in love with TJ. LOL
I'm soooo excited to go to Vegas right now... I've been talking with Lora and today I ordered some sexy new dresses and shoes and put some money in savings for my trip!
Alas, life is good. I'm hoping to convince the fiance to go to Shanhai BIstro for sushi tonight- that would REALLY make my day :-)

Random thought in my head:
So I went out last night and was gonna use up the rest of my FP's on a night out with the girls... well I don't wanna sound snobby but I think I'm kind of beyond going out and getting trashed anymore... I was out and just was bored (and had a stomachache from the booze) and felt like umm I'm wasting my hard work on this? THIS SUCKS! So I've decided that I should really stick to my guns with not going out bc it pretty much is lame and getting drunk blows.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSS. I can finally do homework at work again lol... So thus far this week I've done TJ 4 times and have stuck to my points everyday but one and I still have 20 FP's left for this weekend. Cool right? I love my new attitude :-)! I eat what I want, when I want and I have total control. Today is gonna be pretty easy, I have a paper due at 9, and then I'm done with everything until I work at 6. Won't be on much over the weekend, but have a great weekend everyone!!!
So the last 3ish months have been pretty crazy here at work and in my life so I haven't been blogging much but basically my weight has stayed the same (yay!) and things are finally calming down.
Throughout all of that I did try 2 different diets- The Eat Clean Diet and some low-carb 5 day diet. Both of them really didn't work for me as I hate eating 6 flipping meals a day and not having a lot of choice- so of course I rebelled and gained a little but then I started following WW again and just changed my mindset. I find I don't follow eating plans when there is no flexibility. So I've been eating 3 meals a day, and 3 snacks a day. I'm so happy doing that and I also purchased Turbo Jam and have been doing that the past two weeks and I love it so much I've decided to cancel my gym membership bc I haven't been there since I started TJ. So I feel amazing and am enjoying the way I'm eating.
School well- is school so not much to say there. Work has been insane- I work at a tanning salon so it's the time of year where everyone is getting ready for spring break. Busy busy busy!
Heyo! So I've been really bad at blogging lately- sorry to anyone that actaully does read this. I've been pretty busy with training. I'm doing a Strongwoman competition in 3 weeks. I have been working hard training and eating like a champ. I thought I was going to bulk up big time but I've lost 2 inches of my waist/thighs over the last 2 weeks (woot) but I don't know if I lost weight since I don't weigh myself out of WW's although the temptation is there. I have massive bruises from "the log" which is this rusty 90 pound weird metal thing you deadlift, push up to your shoulders and then shoulder press hooray. I'll post bruise pics later this week lol. The workouts rock and I've been challenged in so many ways it's awesome! I haven't gone over my points all week but it's the weekend that always gets me. Well, off to do some HW and organize. Whoops been pretty busy this last week. This weekend was our branding festival and I was helping mom out with that and hanging out with family and all that fun stuff. I missed my WW meeting Saturday because I was off helping out at the ranch and it was fun but ended pouring almost all weekend.
It was really hard to eat well at home. Mom's cooking got the best of me but I still went for a lot of walks and did yoga and did a little horseback riding.
My mom met JP's mom this weekend and we had a great time playing catch phrase while it was raining- we also set a date for the wedding: drumroll please... August 23rd, 2008. Woot. Right before school so still a good time for a honeymoon and after the wedding rush during the summer so hopefully we'll still be able to book everything for next year. Next Sunday Mom, Carrie and I are going to a bridal fair in EC. I'm definitly looking forward to it- now that there's a date I can relax a little. And I better really start busting my butt in the gym LOL!!!
