BUT when I got to the cash register I said.. I don't have enough money to get these (chips, guacamole) and the casher rolled her eyes and took them. I was so happy that when I hopped in my car after that I whipped out my journal and wrote an entry right in the middle of the parking lot. Not only did I not buy the junk, but I didn't spend more than I intended.

Moving sucks! So JP and I moved in together last week but haven't actually lived together until well, today. That kid is kinda messy. It doesn't help that we are completly unsettled and disorganized but he has about 3 different things he has started to do and hasn't finished all over the place. Plus all the shopping for stuff we've had to do, errands to run, wedding stuff to do, and all the family visits the past 2 weeks have been exhausting. And the week isn't over..

Comments(6) 324446 Tuesday, December 4, 2007 23:04:17 Wish I Was More Active http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/stoutsuperstar/comments/317275/wish-i-was-more-active
Hey EPr's. I wish I had more time but I'm probably just going to be giving weekly updates as I get the chance. So here's this weeks update:

School is winding down and things are going well. Not a lot of homework right now and the weather is AMAZING so I've been outside a lot lately. I've missed my last WI and will miss this weeks as well because of work. I had a nasty week food wise last week, but am back in the groove again. I'm trying core plan/clean eating. So I'm tracking my food on the Core tracker but eating as clean as possible (natural, whole, lean, unprocessed foods) and eating 5-6 meals a day. I have more time on my hands right now to do this so it's working out pretty good. I think I could get used to this not a lot of hw, not a lot of work life lol.... Alright time to EP stalk some of my buddies.

Comments(6) 317275 Monday, December 3, 2007 22:03:14 Back from a long weekend http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/stoutsuperstar/comments/313474/back-from-a-long-weekend
Sorry I'm always inactive on the weekends- I always feel like I miss out on a lot over the weekend lol... but here's some stuff for the weekend

Week 3 WW topic: Trigger Enviroments

BWAHAH- I have truly loved this series of meeting topics, because well, I am a trigger eater! I've definitly learned a lot over the past 3 weeks and this week was no exception. So first we started off by identifying our trigger enviroments. Well I believe that any enviroment can be a trigger if the timing is right. But my trigger enviroments include: restaurants, my mom or dads house, my grandma's house, nighttime, unfamiliar surroundings etc.

So the next phase is learning to manage your surroundings. When I first jioned WW I would bring my own food to my parents' house, and order accordingly at restaurants. At home, I plan ahead and don't keep trigger foods around. At work, I bring my own meals. As the years have gone by I have looked at gma's, dad's, and mom's as "free eating" time- I eat pretty much constantly when I'm at home. Also, they have all sorts of food that I don't normally eat at my disposal. Sooooo how do I manage those enviroments that aren't truly mine to control? Well one of my oldest tricks is to just make the entire family dinner or at least help with it so I can guess-timate the points. Something I've done recently at my dad's house is play DDR with my lil bro instead of hanging out in the kitchen. At my grandmas I've been playing games with the cousins or talking to my grandpa to stay distracted. It's still tough but I've been getting better.

When I'm at home which is where I spend most of my time I try to keep my room and stuff as clean and organized as possible, I keep my cupboards full of healthy, tasty foods and try to keep myself focused. Everyday is a challenge but I'm a work in progress
Comments(5) 313474 Monday, December 3, 2007 23:04:11 TURBO DAMN!! http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/stoutsuperstar/comments/312002/turbo-damn
O-M-G.

So today for activity I did Cardio Party 2 and 3T(totally tubular turbo). CP3 wasn't too rough, but 3T OUCH!!! It was TOUGH! Part way through, Chalene goes "4 more", I think grrrr.... 3 2 1 and then she says and "PULSE IT!" I yelled YOU BITCH!
