T Minus 90.

So this weekend I was not able to workout BUT I had very solid nutrition.  Stayed around 1600 calories all weekend. 

Have decided to start P90X for the final time tomorrow.  Tomorrow I'm also getting my body fat checked, taking measurements, and pictures.  

Well time to practice some Turbo Kick and study up for my PT test.  This will be a busy busy week!

You couldn't work out but.....

You did what you could do and watched what you ate.  That's half the battle! 
 
Your doing great, Down 3lbs!!  How awesome!  Keep it up and you'll have that weight off in no time!

Good job on the nutrition-thats just as important as working out! I ordered p90x a few months ago and tried it only to find out I couldn't quite keep up just yet. That's ok-once I lose some more and get below 200 ill give it a go. I LOVE kickboxing. I've only been doing it about 2 months -muay thai- I find it constantly challenging me. No two classes have been the same. Thanks for leaving me a comment ;) more support the better. I totally forgot to WI this morning- that happened last wk too...may have to change my day to wednesday to make it easier lol. Have a great day!
