I'm back
Well I haven't written for a while but I'm back to it. I've had a rough few seasons and I think that's one of the only reasons I've lost this weight but Hell I'll take it! I've been drinking water like it's nobody's business so I'm sure that helps. I joined Curves and LOVE it
. I'm 17lbs from my 1st goal, 27 from my 2nd and 52 from my HS weight! which I think would probably be too skinny now and I don't want a lot of loose hanging skin. I'll just take a trim healthy body. I'm in a LG now! and boy howdy does the fashion world open up when you can get into "normal sized" clothes!

Numbers on the scale still aren't being too friendly (203) but I'm feeling good none-the-less. Really feeling stronger ang healthier w/my biking. My body seems like it's readjusting itsef. People have been noticing. I signed up to do the MS150 city to shore bike tour. It's all good.

Tuesday 5/22
Did my spin class. Boy, how exercise can make a girl feel. I started out feeling totally disgusted w/myself. I hate the feeling of my gut on my lap! and everything being soft and squishy and just looking and feeling yucky! But it's really amazing what my body can do. I may not look it, but I'm very strong and healthy, and can go and go and go!! I have to remember to look at that. I hope to widdle this crap off me and enjoy a "lap" again someday for my son to sit comfortably on, but for now I'm gaining the stamina to keep up with him as he doesn't sit on my lap or anywhere too long anyway!

Goal-another spinning class down
Well I'm feeling great with the exercising. My body always did respond well to physical activity. I'm going to work at putting in another 20 mile ride this weekend.
The #s on the scale are a different story. I'm at 205.25. I day-dream about the story I'll share w/NS "I went from as size 18/20 226lbs to a size 8/10 135!!" Man, I guess I have to be happy that I'm getting healthy and can take my son on long bike rides and things even if I still can't really get down on the floor w/him. Oh well-he's getting past the down on the floor stage anyway-he wants to go, go, go now!
Guess I'm doing ok. Food's good and convenient. So what if I've been on NS for 8mos. I still have to eat!

Goals
Ok, I'm working on my goal of doing the MS City to Shore bike ride. I put in 20 miles on Sunday-Loved it!!! Hey, I have 70lb of fuel to burn. The hardest part is getting my bum used to it! I have plenty of junk in my trunk but that kind of padding isn't necessarily the best for three hours of riding in the saddle! 
I did my spinning class today. Loved it!!
I'll check in later.

Exercise
Ahh, it's soo good!! I went to another spinning class at lunch today and I just LOVE it!! It makes me feel soo wonderful after. Well, if nothing else, I'm getting stronger, healthier, gaining stamina and energy. I want to set a goal of doing the MS City to Shore bike ride this year as a 40 y/o. I just really enjoy biking.
I went walking yesterday. Went to the park by my house and walked around the lake. It's about 1.65 miles and takes about 40 minutes and is great. I also walked during my lunch break. I'm not doing so well with the numbers on the scale and all that, but I'm working on gaining the benefits of exercise.

Out and about
I've been walking. I working at getting some kind of exercise at lunch each day. Whether I walk the jog path or go to the gym and choose from one of the many options. I also have to work at myself to stop at the park on my way home. I have nothing but excuses. There are nothing but benefits to that short, wonderful walk in the park.
Set another goal of 190 by the end of May-not looking so hot! Gotta' really get w/the program!

May-Spring FINALLY
Oh, it's finally spring and that's sooo good. I've been taking a lovely stroll in the park after work. I tracked it at about 1.45 mi. I've also been walking at lunch time-about 1.5 mi. I've been getting to the gym and biking again. I love being active. Time can sometimes be a hinderance in all that, but luckely I have my husband who picks up my son so I can walk in the park for 30 mins. 30 mins is nothing! Nothing but a start!
Still pluggin' away with NS but dug out all my LA Weightloss crap and will work that into my day just to get rid of the crap. You name it, I've been on it. I also have my Atkins oatmeal that I've been trying to eat!! UnReal!! I'm staying w/NS though if for nothing more than the wonderful convenience. I feel bad that I don't cook for my family but I'll work on that for dinners during the week-not like my son eats anything anyway!!
Well, going out for my walk.

2nd bear-broken leg
Well, I've finally made it to my 2nd bear!
I've been healing a broken leg for the past month also.
I'm really looking forward to getting moving again for many reasons.

I'll take it!!
I don't know...I got on the scale today-I try to do so on Fridays usually-and it told me "208.5". Again, I stepped on and off a few times and came up w/the same number. When I got to work I weighed myself on the scale in the gym and it told me the same thing!! I'll take it!
WooHoo-there's a 0 in my 2nd didgets!!
2nd bear, get ready to travel!
