Before After

Heading in the right direction!

I'm super excited! The scale moved down this week!  WOO HOO!  I attribute it to two things:

  • eating low cholesterol foods - less saturated fat and meats
  • exercising at home!
  • Although I have spent a little more money than I intended.  I am excited to workout every day.  Yesterday I did my first workout with The FIRM's TransFIRMER.  Oh my gosh!  It was awesome!  Stepping on that high step, doing tricep dips, and the emphasis on weights reminded me of what I loved about going to the gym pre-baby.  It's been a little over two weeks and I can feel my body starting to tone up again.  That in itself feels better, no matter what the scale says.

    Ah the Transfirmer

Now you're talking my language! I lost my weight on the Transfirmer! I have moved away from it quite a bit, but I still love it. The other day I did Ultimate Calorie Blaster. It kicked my butt!!

    What workouts do you have?

    ....

I love my TransFIRMer.  In fact, I was just thinking that I'd start putting it back into rotation again.

Glad you have your home gym up and running!

    Keep up the great work!

    Awesome!

Steph, it sounds like you have a great routine going and are really excited about exercising again! That is fantastic!! I think I am gonna find my Leslie Sansone dvds and get my body moving... After the baby arrives in Dec. I'll ask your advice on some hard core workouts!! Keep up the great work. Your posts are motivating!! xoxo
