Could be but not sure. With my first I had no problems losing weight after he was born but the second time around breastfeeding worked out and he is now 13 months old. It took 10 months and 1 cycle for me to finally start losing this time around. Bodies are so strange after childbirth. It's just like pregnancy everything is different one time you may experience this and the next time you'll have the total opposite happen.
a funny thing. People told me I wouldn't have a cycle when I breastfed. Well that didn't happen. I kept having one, 24/7. In fact, with #2 and #3, I wouldn't stop. I had a D&C after #2 and an ablation with #3. They put me on methrigin (sp) to slow the bleeding, but that really didn't help. I would definitely talk to the GYN to make sure. Each body is different, just as each pregnancy is different, just as each child is different. It is funny, you think you have things figured out and here comes something new. My first child had ear infections, asthma, and colds all the time. I had it down, I could tell when the next ear infection would start. I was ready for #2, well, he didn't have ear infections, he had reflux. So there I go, to the hospital, for an upper GI on the little guy when he was just 5 weeks old. Got that down and # 3 had reflux too, but as an added bonus, she wouldn't have a bowel movement, so there I go for a lower GI a few weeks after her upper GI. It all works out and they are thriving at 17, 14, 11 years old. Yea!!! I was so worried about the oldest, I am a teacher, so I knew ear infections could lead to learning disabilities. He is ranked 46 in his class of 1165. He made NHS this year. So see, just leave it in God's hands. I am always praying for my kids. God loves each of us. By the way, my kids are in public school, but when we looked for our house, we did look for a strong school district. Kids thrive and grow despite us!!! Just love him and teach him and pray for him. He will be wonderful.
