Biggest Loser Boot Camp
From www.netflix.com I ordered The Biggest Loser Boot Camp. It's pretty cool in that you do 3 30 minute work outs for two weeks and voila! You are in shape! You finish it with a maintainence workout. It was nice doing this yesterday while baby was napping. It also felt good to get some good upper body and leg work! Today I will take baby for a stroller walk/jog and do the DVD again. Ol' Bob says do it 4 -5 times per week for six weeks. Okay Bob. I'm on it!
I still may buy a small JC order once per month with my favorite foods, but not $250.00 worth every two weeks! There's a slight middle ground there, no?
I did pretty well yesterday until I saw the movie Doubt and ate popcorn. Would you like some movie with your popcorn?
Do any of you guys have one of those really healthy recipes that you can also freeze to eat throughout the week?
