The Shower - me at 27 weeks
Well, I was feeling good that day. But today kinda sucks. I'm up 30 freakin' lbs! Are you serious people? OH MY FREAKING GOD! Being pregnant, watching my food intake, then trying to eat the right nutrients for the baby is absolutely crazy making!
The upside: I'm still walking 4-5 mornings a week at 1.5 miles and going to the gym 2x's per week for upper body only. But still people - 30 lbs. at 28 weeks? UGH! UGH UGH!
I'm curious - How much baby weight comes off after delivery? I mean - how much will I "really" be left with?

Wow!
You look great! When I got home from the hospital, I had only lost 4 pounds. Made no sense to me since I had an almost 8 pound baby. It was just all the fluids. The next day, I was down like 20 pounds. Fastest weight I've ever lost. LOL!
I think it's great that you are exercising. If the doctors aren't worried about the weight gain, you shouldn't be either. Enjoy this pregnancy. By enjoy...I'm not saying to go eat whatever, I'm just saying....
Anyway, you are seriously radiant in the picture!

I think you look great!
With my first baby I gained 46 pounds!! She weighed 8lbs 12 ozs and when I got home from the hospital I had literally already lost 25 pounds practically overnight! Of course, that still left me with 21 pounds to go. The only nutrients she got was from the donuts & Nutter Butter's that I consumed all day, every day. Why couldn't I crave oranges like my fellow pregnant friend did? LOL

You look great Steph!! Keep up the great work and you will be so much ahead of the game when baby arrives!!
I don't remember, but I think it was around 20 lbs I lost pretty quickly. The smart thing would have been to do something then to lose the rest and keep it off, so you should do great!
I'm sure you will have baby out in the stroller walking as soon as the doc gives you the thumbs-up sign after he arrives.
