Day 31
MONTHLY GOAL MET!
(I lost exactly 5 lbs since March 28th!)
Since the first month is always the hardest for me and I made it through pretty strong, month 2 will be a once a week update! Every Saturday I'll come here and sum up the week! Yeap, I love the new plan! New goal: 148 lbs on May 28th, baby!

Oops... accidently skipped yesterday so here it is!

Unless I'm ranting I never really have anything to say! HA! Then I just end up saying how close I am to my short-term goals. Soooo... I now have 0.4 lbs through 1.2 lbs to lose in 4 days! I'm doing it!

Meal 02: meat substitute nuggets (190 calories), barbeque sauce (15 calories), 100 calorie pack snack mix (100 calories)

Day 24
Well, I was thinking about leaving this site because I was thinking it wasn't helping me BUT then I realized no, I'm looking forward to moving the tracker down 5 lbs on the 28th! I have between 1.8 lbs and 2.6 lbs to lose by then! My realistic goal is 5 lbs a month no matter what, even if it means having to work really hard at the end like this month. I can be 135 lbs in August for sure and I'll keep going after that. I really want to be 120 lbs but I'm going for the short-term goal first...

Nothing to say really minus that I have 10 days to lose 3.2 lbs.... achievable? If I don't late night binge then yes!

Seriously, before you say something like "your title concerns me", why don't you take the 2 seconds to google Suicide Girls? I'm not going to change my name because of naive people who see the word suicide and assume the worst but you better believe you're annoying me!
Moving right along. Today is a light day! I have at least 3.6 lbs to lose before April 28th to make a personal goal but I'd prefer to go for 4.4 lbs.
