Happiness
It has come to me.
My daughter and son-in-law
are going to try to work out
thier differences.
They have been married 11 yrs. today.
I am so happy.
Brings a big load off of my shoulders.

I can not believe I have not blogged for a month. I am a little down lately. Just in my spirit. Not my weight. I am seeing my daughter go through a separation with her husband of 11 yrs. It is hard to see your children go through what you have already done. Plus, no matter what you tell them, they don't listen. She thinks it is all going to be so good. He was abusive in verbal abuse. I can see why she can't take it anymore.
I just want what will make her happy. But as everything in life, I truly believe if we trust in God we will conquer the storm.
Thank you for letting me vent. I am ready to get on track .

Ok, what a time to gain and lose weight. I should not be doing this . But seems like I just can't seem to get it all together.
We work nights and then I stay up to enjoy the day . Well, then I am too tired to cook. I guess I am going to have to plan my meals better.
But I did lose this week. 3.6 lbs. Which I know most is the water from the week before. But I will get it all off of what I gained and then some.

I finally made it to the scale today. Well, I did gain as I figured I would. The good thing I didn't gain as much. I was off program for 2 weeks. I ate out a lot and that is not good for this old body of mine. So I have noticed my feet are holding water, even though I am drinking a lot of water. But that will be off before long.
Drum Roll ~~~~~~ 5. 6 lbs to the plus. But I will have it off in no time. Really I will , I am focused. Main thing that while I was off program I was so busy that the calories didn't go straight to fat. Lol

Soon we will celebrate
Mother's day
Mine is gone,
and hubby's is in another
state.
But I am a mother.
My daughter's husband is
having a cookout for us.
Now they know I want
to eat healthy.
So let's hope that
I can resist any
thing that might be
not so healthy.
I do plan on making
a healthy dessert.
