Progress!!
208.4!! Large, yes, but besides the point, it's my lowest weight in a really long time, and that's exciting! Maybe this low carb thing really is working! I'm generally finding it's alright, too. Like yesterday, I really wanted a piece of toast w/my omelette, so I had it, and it was okay. But otherwise, I've been pretty content. My pasta cravings have been minimal, and I'm not even craving dessert too much (though I found these tasty mint chocolate pudding cups that have like, 12 ish carbs, and when I'm in NEED of dessert, those seem to do the trick)..
I got back home this week from helping my mom is NY. I worked a lot too, and summer school starts on Monday (goodbye summer, eh). To that end, my workouts kinda sucked this week (2x, though I'll workout today, I hope!!). I'll get back on track next week. After a promising 2.5lbs loss this week? I'm motivated to get back on track.
Alright, I need to do some things and get on with my day (late night last nite). Hope everyone is doing well & had a great weekend~
