Busy busy!~

What a week! It's definitely been a busy one! I'm really happy to say that I've actually already managed to work out 4 times this week, which hasn't happen in forever, and it's only Saturday morning! Let's see:
 
Monday- Weights, full body (again, it'd been forever, was SO SORE!!)
Tuesday- Off.. due to soreness.. omg, haha..
Wednesday- 3 mile walk, outside
Thursday- Arc trainer, 30 min, weight loss setting level 5
Friday- Treadmill workout, 2min walking @4.0, 1 min of running at 6.0 (for the first 15 min), then walking at a 4.0 @ a 6% incline, 12% incline, 6% incline, then finishing up with some slow jogging (4.7) and slow walking. 45 min

I am really pleased with my workouts this week. I hope to get another one in today, and maybe if it's nice, go kayaking tomorrow; we'll see. I need to go to work today, because the PTA is hosting a spring carnival at our school and the volunteer situation was just that-- a situation! Our principal "nicely implied" that we should volunteer. I have to go in the dunk tank... man, I haven't been in one of those since I was like, 16, no joke. Awful!!
 
I'm not sure if I'm going to do weights or cardio today... The scale this morning showed a great number... I hope it's still there tomorrow for my official weigh in! (Down about 3lbs, that'd be so great!!)
 
Alright, I'm going to scrounge up some breakfast then get ready to get dunked, I suppose... :) Have a good weekend all! I'll try to remember to come back tomorrow to post a quickie w/my official weight for the week.
