Super quick post~!
This week was a good week for exercise. I did 5 days total, including 4 days of cardio and 2 of weights. It was really nice out today so I went for a 3 mile walk (about 45 min) and then lifted weights at the gym for about an hour later in the evening. It's a win!
I lost a little bit of weight this week too, even considering I had Moe's instafriend quesidilla one night for dinner.
I'm still having a hard time nailing my cals to 1800, but I'll keep at it.
Alright! I need to go to bed. Hope everyone on the east coast at least enjoying the awesome weather this weekend!
