I want to eat everything in sight!
But I'm trying not to. I have the strangest craving for spaghettios??? Hahahaha... what in the world? :)
This week, I only worked out 4 days, but I was happy w/the time I put in, even though tonight would have made #5. On Friday, I ran for almost 2.5 miles (give or take, that's my best guess). It was great. It was slow, but it was great. There were hills and overpasses and flat areas, good times. I was pleased with myself. I was due for a run today, but I went out w/T's family to celebrate his dad's bday- we had brunch, then went bowling, then back to their house to play games and have cake. It was nice enough, but the animals in their house have sent my allergies into overdrive. Pair that w/a kink in my neck and super sore abs = me punking out of my jog. I'll do it tomorrow, and add to it w/an hour of lifting.
I'm not sure what's going to happen w/the weigh in tomorrow. Some days this week, I've been up, and others I've been down. On Friday, the scale at home said I was up 5! (In underwear and a tank no less!) Then on Saturday, the same scale said I was down those 5 (in jeans & a tank top), plus an additional 1. Who knows? What'll be will be.
Alright, I'm going to go relax a bit, and then head to bed. But mostly I'm going to try and avoid spaghettios, lol.
