On Track & Loving Every Minute of it!!
I guess being busy I don't have a lot of time to think about eating extra food! This week has been very busy for me. I have not been eating exactly on plan but I have been watching my portion size and trying to get in as much water as I can. I am praying for some kind of loss on the scales tomorrow.

The Biggest Loser!!
Holy Cow. Did you catch it last nigh?? I am soo routing for the black team!! Did you see the looks on the other two teams faces? It was amazing to see their faces.
Yesterday was a good day food wise. I am still struggling with getting all of my water in. My job entails me to go on the road about four or five days a week so I am in my car a lot. Not a good place to be if you have been drinking a ton of water. (if you know what I mean??) Any ideas on how to get it in while being on the road??

Tuesday's Thoughts
I forgot to update yesterday about my Activia 14 day Challange. It is supposed to help you get "regular" by eating one activia yogurt for 14 days. I can tell you I was not any more "regular" than normal. So I have to say I did not have the results it promised. If anyone else has had any other results with it I would love to hear them.
I had wanted to start working out this week but DH suddenly decided he wanted to take this week off and I don't want to wake him in the morning with my workout. I am going to try to get some done in the afternoons.
I hope all is well. I think The Biggest Loser is on tonight along with the finale of Big Brother.
I was pretty good yesterday just didn't get in as much water as I needed to.

Weekends!!
Why are they so hard to stay on plan? Is is too much freedom and not enough of a structure day?? Anyhow, this weekend was not so bad. I didn't track any of my points but I did try to watch what I ate. I don't think I did too badly. Except for the few rum and cokes I had. Oh well, I have the next few days to make up for it. I hope everyone else did well!

Weigh In Day
Offical way in for today 227.6. I am down 0.8 for the week and a total of 2.4 pounds.
Well, not totally excited by this as I would have liked to see a full pound come of but hey I am not complaining. This loss is a stepping stone to my future and all these little losses add up to a lot of pounds.
Today I am going to try to stay on track with my WW points. I have 35 flex for the week and 28 daily points. I know I can do it. I just have to be diligent in writing everything down.
I hope you all have a great weekend!! I will try to check in over the weekend but sometimes it is hard with so much going on.

Plan Plan Plan
We all hear it! "In order to be successful you must have a plan"
Sometimes this is easier said than done. I have been here many times before. Trying to figure out what to do and how to do it. I know what I have to do to lose weight and I have the support group here to to it. (((Hugs))).
I have decided instead of doing everyting at once I will go to this in Baby Steps.
My first step is to get in at least 8 glasses of water a day (along with watching my food intake)
Next I will get back to my Weight Watchers points system (the only thing that has ever worked for me)
I will then gradually add exercise into my day. (don't have a choice can't lose weight and tone up with out it)
There it is for all to see My Plan.

Mid Week - Why is this week taking so long??
Thanks to the short week I had last week this week is just dragging along. I think we should have long weekends every weekend.
The Biggest Loser started last night. Did anyone else catch it? I was crying a long with the stories of these people and I can't believe how much weight they all lost in one week!! I wish I could go to one of these things and not be tempted so much by every day life.
Happy Wedesday. We are almost to the weekend. I was very good yesterday with my water intake and food. It is starting to get easier again. I haven't gotten up to the 8 glasses of water I would like to drink every day but I am up to 6 so this is a great start.

The Orgasmic Diet!!!
Okay did I get your attention?? I was watching Rachel Ray yesterday and one of her guests was the creator of The Orgasmic Diet. It is supposed to help increase your libido and the ability to reach the big "O". They had three people try it out and most had an increased libido but not much more than that. Anyone else heard of this? Not sure if you could actually lose weight on this diet but who knows it may be worth a try
.
Anyhow, yesterday was a good day after getting ove the shock of seeing my pictures. I was very good with my water intake and my food. Time will tell, how this is all affecting me. I am looking forward to my weigh in on Friday to see how this will affect my weight.

Shallow Hal Syndrome Strikes Again!!
I had previosly posted a couple of months ago about how I had Shallow Hal syndrom. If you have seen the movie you know what I mean.
This past Saturday was my mom's wedding. It was a beautiful day and everything was perfect.
I was reviewing some pictures that were taken and "BAM" it hit me like a ton of bricks! Who was that person in the pictures. It could not have been me, I am not that big!!!
Pictures don't lie and yes that person was me...
It is amazing how a wake up call like this got me so obsessed. I need to really focus hard on this weight loss journey. Enough whining and complaining.
It is just time to do it!!

Yo-Yo Weigh In
Well hello everyone. Okay so thanks to "TOM" (and probably the two Margarita's I had last night) I am up 2 pounds today. Talk about accountability. If is was not for this forum I would probably hide in denial that I had gained two pounds. I am sure most of it is water weight!
Well the day is finally here. My mom is getting remarried tomorrow. They are calling for rain but I hope it doesn't as she is having her ceremony in her backyard. Keeping my fingers crossed. Although, I have heard it is good luck to rain on your wedding day.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I will try and check in but with the wedding and everything, I am not sure I will have a lot of time.
