Oops! Missed a Day!
So sorry everyone, I missed posting yesterday. It was one crazy day. I did very well eating and getting my water in though so not all was lost.
Watched the biggest loser last night! So glad the white team is gone!! I still am voting for the Blue Team with the Pink Team being my second favourite.
I had thought about starting the Special K challenge but I am not sure about eating cereal for two meals if it would fill me up. Any thoughts from those who may have tried it?

Special K
I've never tired this before, but I know that unless cereal has a bunch of fiber in it It doesn't keep me full. I think the whole basis of the special K challenge is just cutting your calories down. That way you consume less then you burn, which is how you lose weight anyhow. If you think that the cereal will keep you full, then go for it, but be careful when you get off of the challenge. It may be easier to gain what you lose back.

Opps! I wanted to tell you what a good job you are doing with getting all your water in! I know its tough...I get sick of the tastelessness sometimes.

Congrats on the water - very important!!
I felt sorry for the wife of the white team, but am glad they are gone. They both seemed to be doing well in the "after they have left the show" part.

I can't do it...
I want a "diet" that will last me a lifetime and eating cereal for two meals a day just doesn't cut it for me.
