Looking Forward ~ Feeling Positive

Okay weekends suck!!  I have too much time on my hands and I always feel like snacking.  I see others have the same problem.  Don't get me wrong I love the downtime.  I am way too busy during the week. 

I went shopping yesterday and picked up healthy foods only - I already have my meals planned for today - just need to stay on top of it!  I find if I bring healty snacks with me to work I will eat them and not run to the vending machine. 

I love my new friend GOOGLE READER!  It has made staying in touch with all of you so much easier.  Why didn't I use it before?

Here is my goal for the Week:  Drink At Least 8 glasses of water per day! I have been slacking when it comes to this and hence the weight gain.  Need to get it down and stop feeling bloated.

Looking forward to the week ahead and making positive changes.

Water!

I really and truly believe that the more water you drink, the more weight you'll lose.  And if you have a bladder like mine, you will definitely get that walking in.  Seriously man!  When I wear my pedometer to work, I usually clock about 2 miles just for potty time.  Hey, whatever works, right?

The weekends are such a Catch 22.  I mean, you WANT to be bored, right/  I don't want to find something to do with my time.  ARGH!

Good for you in stocking up on the healthy foods/snacks.....that helps tremendously :) Yeah the weekends are hard for me too , I just have to learn how to keep myself busy, busy , busy and that usually helps but there are times when I just think of eating all the time lol.

I am going to have to check out that google reader, I see that this is the second time you have mentioned it in your posts.

Healthy Snacks

I stocked up on some healthy snacks over the weekend too. What I got is listed in my blog...do you have anyother ideas to help me out?

Anyhow yeah weekends do suck, it is harder to stay on point, but we have to accept that sometimes we are going to fall off the wagon and that's okay. We just have to make sure we get back on and keep moving forward on our journey! I have been reminding myself everything in moderation!
