Excercise Log
EXCERCISE LOG!
Monday(3/13): 30 minutes elliptical (521 calories, 91 carbs)
Tuesday (3/14): Nada *gasp*
Wednesday (3/15): 30 minutes Rollerblading, Elliptical 30 minutes (443 calories, 71.5 carbs)
Thursday (3/16): (8am) 45 minutes Elliptical (714 calories, 125 carbs) (3pm) 30 minutes elliptical (466 calories, 81 carbs)
Friday (3/17): 45 minutes elliptical (719 calories, 125 carbs), Hand weights while watching tv. (10 minutes)
Saturday (3/18): 47 minutes elliptical (760 calories, 134 carbs)
Sunday (3/19): 30 minutes elliptical (476 calories & 83.4 carbs)
You'd think with all this excercising, i'd be seeing the scale move. Nope. Thankfully i took my measurements a few days ago...i better see some action soon!
Its also helpful to keep track because i do one of two courses..either the 30 minute or the 45..and i can see that im getting better at it with burning more calories and carbs in the same amt of time

I have some questions
I figured someone might be able to answer my questions lol.
Why are so many people on this site on Jenny Craig? How did you learn about it? Is it a site that Jenny Craig advertises? I just found it through someones ticker.
Is there a way to enter your excercise, calories burned and stuff into the excercise part? I went to do it yesterday adn couldnt find elliptical OR rollerblading..and i couldnt figure out how to enter it myself *shrug*
I think they should add "sugar" to the nutritional facts..i want to know how much sugar i eat in a day...i wonder if they'll do that.
Okay, all the questions i can think of for now :)

2 weeks, 2 days to go
That is to lose 10 pounds. Do-able? We shall see.
Started AF today. Kicking my ass...cramps, cravings..the works. Ate a muffin and some fries, so i went rollerblading tonite and did 30 minutes on the elliptical (443 calories, 77.5 carbs)

Official Weekly Weigh In
Todays Weight: 206.8 Total Weight Lost for the week: 4.2
Not great, but...its 4.2. I ate ALOT this weekend, so its what i expected.
We went to lunch today and i ate pizza. Not a good choice. So i got on the elliptical and did 30 minutes..520 calories and 91 carbs :)
Its ON!

Hump Day
Todays Weight: 206.4
So, not quite a pound from yesterday but i'll take it. You'd think that after all teh crap i ate over the past week, my body would want to RID it of the stuff..but im so stinkin' stopped up right now its not even funny! I want to poooooooooooooooooo damnit! lol
Hitting up the gym today. Going to take some time for me...get my hair trimmed..get a pedicure..go to the gym. Go stacy!

Yesterdays Food:
Breakfast: egg white omlette, tomatoes, cheese, coffee, cream
Snack: Almonds, sf pudding
Lunch: Salad with tuna & ranch dressing
Snack: Mixed nuts
Dinner: Fajita salad with a dollop of SC and a dollop of gauc
I dont like the food log on here. They have barely any food that i eat and i cant figure out how to cut servings in like 1/2 or what not. Its strange...so i'll just stick to writing it down.

Who knew!
Holy Fat arse batman! Who knew you could gain 5 pounds in one week. Yes folks..so much for my goal last week to lose weight lol. Between Rileys 5th birthdya party, a coming home party, cake, pizza, sandwiches and a casino buffett. yah, NOT pretty. But, today is day 1 of southbeach and im going to kick ass and take names. Jims going away party is the 1st and i need to be wearing something cute!
So..im ready...lets roll!

New Features
Now, i think the new features are great, but am i missing something? I want to journal my food but there is no way to add your own? You have to pick from THEIR list? Hello..they dont even have egg whites on there! Please tell me im just not seeing the button to add your own personalized food? Im an idiot..i must be an idiot LOL.
Otherwise..this site is really starting to rock! :)
