How do i get friends?

I don't know how everyone becomes friends on this thing... i'm not really good at navigating this site.

Anyways.... Today was pretty good. I did eat a bagel... but im home on spring break in the north, and i had to have one before heading down south to the lack-of-bagels.  I am about  to to the Core Secrets workout video ( WHICH I RECCOMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!) and then go to bed! woo-whoo. Babysitting early in the morninggg.

B- Bagel w/cream cheese

L- One hard boiled egg, no yolk and steamed broccli

D- Can of Heathly Choice Vegetable soup

To navigate to other bogs, go to the home page and start by viewing blogs with recent posts or active blogs.  There is a link underneath each which says view more.  Then there are hundreds of pages of blogs to look at.  You can respond to any you want to.  Many folks will respond back to your blog or will email you directly.  You have the choice of doing either when you are reviewing their blog.  Pick out some of your favorite blogs and add them to your friends list.  You can do this through your administrative panel.  Then, their blog links will appear on your blog and you can easily click on them daily to see what's happening with them.  Communicating with others on their blogs and in emails is how friendships form on the internet.  Good luck.

Glad  BB told you how to do the friends thing.  Thanks for the comment on my blog - I would say "hardly a pro" just learning and moving on.  Keep up the good work!  You could go to someplace like sparkpeople.com or caloriesperday.com to figure out how many you need (eh, or ask mom to ask the doctor).
