It would be easier sometimes..
to just give up.
It's what I want to do sometimes.
When I start off the month at 163.6. Weigh myself the day before my period and weigh 165.2. Then weigh myself yesterday and am at 164.
*sigh*
Two weeks of Weight Watchers, and this is what I get? I don't know whether to call it a real loss of 1.2, when really I gained .4 overall right?
Sick.
So sick of counting, and watching, and waiting. And saying no.
It's been a week since I exercised. Something I NEED to make more time to do right? Something I HAVE to make more time to do. And that's another thing. Maybe I was trying to start off too big there too. Maybe JUST 20 minutes 3x a week is enough, instead of 45 to start?
Temptations...diet pills mainly. My old "$20 quick fix go to", but I know I shouldn't. And I know there are other things I want to spend my money on first.
So another week of WW. What if I'm one of those people. One of those people it doesn't work for? It's worked for alot of other people. But then again, South Beach, Atkins, Jenny Craig, and <fill in diet plan here> have worked for people too.
So what will work for me?? First off "I" need to work for me. I have to stop saying "I want to", and start saying "I will".

Keep Trying
I know its hard..this has to be my 5th time trying weight watchers. Make sure you eat from all your food groups and preferably not after 8/9pm. I try to stay away from the fried and creamy foods. You can do this!!! If you must take a diet pill, try HOODIA-its works! It will take away those cravings for food at night. Atkins is good for quick results but you will gain that weight back RAPIDLY plus twenty extra lbs..i know from experience!
But even tho you are doing WW, remember that you ARE beautiful and noone can take that away from you. Keep Striving towards that goal and with determination you can DO IT! Feel encouraged because you are not alone in this battle!

Yup, been there before
Actually not too long ago. I use Sparkpeople religiously (sparkpeople.com if you haven't checked it out), and like WW i can't seem to lose weight by just reducing calories and watching what I eat.
I decided to stop counting everything I eat and just exercise more. And I totally think 20 minutes, three times a week is enough.
You should also consider lifting weights. I found this site, pinkdumbbells.com, where the emphasis is on lifting heavy and running hard. No more little pink dumbbells for me: I got a weight bench and figure that since 4 lbs of muscle burns 1 lbs of fat, then pumping some iron might be the answer.
And the theory that I like to is that if you don't weight train, then when you lose weight you'll just be a smaller fat person. Whereas with weight training you can really tone up and be leaner.
Anyway, just some food for thought. I'm hoping I lose some weight soon too.

Hang In There!
Don't Give Up - Hang in There. 2 weeks really isn't that long so just try and stick it out. What if you are one of those people - well you'll never really know if you don't try.
And remember that your doing this to improve your health - don't turn to those diet pills - they are not the answer!
Believe in yourself and you can make it!!!
