It is 6:30 in the flipping morning and I am exhausted! I worked so late last night that I didn't even have the energy to eat. I just walked in the door, kicked off my shoes and went to bed.... fully dressed. Well, I guess the good news is that I am getting a lot of exercise whether I want it or not. Lol. Plus, I am only 2 promotions away from being a manager. I will be weighing myself this weekend to see how I have been doing. And I have successfully avoided eating the calorie-laden food from work. Well, I have about half an hour before I have to start that 30 minute walk to work (I don't have a car or a bike). Pray for me not to get any more bruises. Love y'all.
Hey guys! I know I haven't posted in a while but my job has started me on training for a higher paying position so they have at the store from the butt-crack of dawn until late at night. I haven't been able to get any exercise in for the last few days except for walking to work. I'll keep you guys posted on how I'm doing.
So for the past 2 days I have not been doing my 200 a day because I was working non-stop and then I got kind of sick. I mean, getting up out of a chair made me need to vomit. But I am going to get back on track. I'll do it today and hope that the 2 day break didn't alter my plan any. And by the way, I haven't been posting on you guy's blogs but I wanted to say that I am proud of all of you and am looking forward to your success! You guys have been exceedingly inspirational to me!
It is day 7! I am half-way there! I almost didn't do my exercise this morning, I was so tired this morning. But I got through it and I feel much better now. I'll be doing a half-time weigh in after work today. see you then!
Almost half way there! It is getting so easy to do this stuff! I think that I might have to kick it up a notch. Maybe add another 50 to the count just to make it to where my body doesn't get used to a certain pattern. I just put on this shirt that I haven't worn in almost a year, and I distinctly remember it being much tighter. I think that's a good thing. Tee-hee.
The cramps are starting to go away so I don't think that I'll have a problem with them for at least another month. (Thank God!) And I didn't let it interrupt my exercise routine either. I had to move my exercise to last night instead of yesterday morning ( I usually do it in the morning before breakfast because it boosts your metabolism throughout the day). But I'm back on track this morning and feeling much better!
Alright, so mother nature was cruel and gave me my monthly present last night and horrible tummy pains today. I could hardly function at work today (it's still March 6th here). So I am putting off my 200 till tonight (after I type this actually). It is getting much better and I seem to have more energy throughout the day and healthy choices don't seem like so much of a chore anymore. I'm actually excited to see what new healthy tastes I will experience each day. My mom is doing this Herbalife stuff and I think that I might try it out too. I've had the tea and shakes a couple of times and it's not that bad, it's better then the energy shot or 6 cups of coffee I need in the morning just to wake up enough to get dressed. I'll try to post again before I got to work tomorrow morning and let you guys know how my horribly mistreated body feels. Later guys!
It's starting to get a little easier now. It's turned into more of a burn then an ache. I can do them a little more easily too. This is actually pretty cool to see how the human body adapts. I seem to have a lot more energy throughout the day too. I have to work 3 double shifts this weekend, so any extra energy is welcomed! And I even have people at work rooting for me too! I am so pumped right now, it's not even funny!.....Well, ok, it is a little funny.....LOL!
Alright, so it sounds really simple to do 200 sit-ups/crunches a day right? Wrong. I just woke up and it feels like I was the center of a ground-and-pound session in the UFC. LOL! It is sure to get easier as I go along, but for right now, I ACHE!!!! Well, off to see if I can do the second day as good as the first!
OK, so my mom said that when she was about my age she would do 200 sit-ups/crunches a day to make her midsection smaller. I am going to do this as a test to see if it works. I am about to log my sizes on here and then measure again on the 17th! If it works then I will let everyone know with a huge smile. I'm also going to do 50 counter push-ups a day and see how that helps the bat wings on my arms.. lol. Wish me luck!
