Want to join in?
Hi Everyone...Thanks for the messages so far.
Had an idea come to me from another newbie just like me and I thought I'd share it with you...if you want to join in let me let me know :)
We are going to make a pledge each week. Here it is:
We could make a pledge to do 2 pounds each..and pick 2 foods we will have lots of, 2 foods we won't touch and 2 rounds of activities we'll do?
Here's mine for this week:
I pledge to be 2 pounds lighter by next Monday night by eating lots of good poultry and drinking 2 litres of water a day (I find that soooo hard don't you). I promise I won't touch nuts (a big favourite of mine) or popcorn and I'll do 2 sessions on the cross trainer.
How about you? Why not give it a go and post your own pledge here? Don't be too hard or too soft on yourself and have a giggle with it,
