The Struggle to keep it safe
I am working on keeping this as up to date. Today exercise was a warm up and cooking, I spent over 2 hours cooking for the co-workers, and no one ate it. It probably doesn't help that I arrived an hour late.
Food today:
1 can of Starbucks Coffee
1 large protein milk drink
1 super wrap consisting of turkey, turkey bacon, easy miracle whip, Romaine, and low fat cheese.
1 cup of coffee with egg nog, it is the holidays.
Air, and lots of it.
Oh well, tomorrow is Yoga, martial arts, and probably mowing the lawn. I cannot beat that.

A new fuel found
I am enjoying a great night, and I am trying to be more like the role model of Nothin' Hangin" and post everyday or nearly there abouts. So on with the posting...
Today, I enjoyed a morning warm-up before work, (I felt like I was on speed all day at work), Sat with the dog for a while (there will be numerous mentions of the 11lb. wonder), Went to an hour of yoga, then to an hour and a half of martial arts. It would have been better, though my work schedule has changed, and I am not used to being awake by an alarm yet. All in All a good fitness day.
Food log I would type it in, though I cook and prepare most of my food. Food from a package has always seemed so "uninvolved". Here is the food list.
Morning snack 1: protein milk concoction
Morning snack 2: second verse same as the first.
Real food 1: I enjoyed Naan bread with turkey bacon (11lb. wonder did as well).
Real food 2: A turkey wrap with romaine lettuce, low fat munster cheese, turkey bacon, and a wrap that may as well be eating a scouring pad (tasty though).
Before you ask me what diet I am on, I am not on a diet, I am eating the way that I lost the most weight the last time I was seriously injured. I do that to my self; injure weight gain, and lose repeat.
Off to dream, tomorrow anew and all that.
edit: I missed a cup of coffee in the food list. It had 1% milk in it. I am trying to be a purest here.

Up from the Ashes
I guess it was a good thing that I did not always post on here. I also guess that I should tell a little about me instead of being nothin' hangin' s lurker. I figure some one has seen the name and there are a surprising number of no posts available.
The name sake comes from the Jerry Lynch series of books (working out, working within, the Tao of Fitness et al). I am a spiritual person (I am not a christain however, no offense it is just not my path in life). I spend time taking care of family, studying and currently avoiding halloween candy.
As for activities, I have tried every magic bullet available. The best is hard work. I have been thinner in the past, and I need to return to that mind set to do so.
I am on here to lose a staggering 100 lbs or drop to a size 32 waist. I have an endomorphic body type, (I can gain lots of muscle, though scaling down in nigh impossible). If I can do this, my mother has vowed to lose a hundred as well. He is to hope. If anyone feels that they can support me in this attempt, they are more than welcome.
I thank you for reading, and good luck to you.

First Weigh In
Ok, so I have had a modicum of success, (I actually held 7 lbs above my head in triumph), and the first thing that I have been asked is how I have done this. It is not as easy as writing in the blog, in fact I have had lots accomplished away from the computer entirely. I have been rearranging furniture all last week, according to the workout sheet it is like 1K cal/hour. I have had sweat dripping on most days last week. I threw away around 8 bags of garbage from the move and donated about 3 loads to good will, with more on the way. I was also at the gym 4 days, and took 2 yoga classes, one with a friend.
This is the hard week, after a week of going almost non-stop, how do you continue the pace? I threw my self out of my rhythm last night, and today is getting myself back on track.
I am away for this weeks weigh in, though I will be around for a post or two to let anyone reading know how things are going.

Introduction and using a new tool
I have always been a bigger, It has never been a real issue as all the people around me have been bigger. I have just lost the second Family member to heart related issues. My priorities are to lose around a 100 lbs. I will be using this to keep track, as it does better than I do.
Thanks for reading
