Do you ever feel like this whole weightloss thing is just to hard? Like you just cant be assed, and you'd much rather devour a upsized kfc works burger meal and a chocolate bar?

That's how i feel right now. Had a really, really shit day at work. Like, really shit.

And i feel like just meh.... the weight isnt going to go anywhere. I eat too much shit still.

I hear you

Here lately I've been feeling this way every day! I don't know why but starting a few weeks ago all I've wanted to do was shelve the whole weight loss thing and eat, eat, eat without worrying about points or calories. I've had to really push myself to try and stay on track.

All I can suggest is try to remember the goals you've set for yourself and to look at the weight you've already lost and try to use that for motivation. Also lean on anyone whose willing for support! (Me!)
