Do you ever feel like this whole weightloss thing is just to hard? Like you just cant be assed, and you'd much rather devour a upsized kfc works burger meal and a chocolate bar?
That's how i feel right now. Had a really, really shit day at work. Like, really shit.
And i feel like just meh.... the weight isnt going to go anywhere. I eat too much shit still.
