Shouldnt I be looking FORWARD to the weekend?
The weekend is shaping up to be a super busy one. Arent weekends designed to have a break from work?!
Tomorrow night i have to work late (yes, a FRIDAY NIGHT) and wont be home till about 10pm. Having said that though, i'll come into work at about 10am so hopefully i can squeeze in a work out in the morning.
Then Saturday i'm having brunch with a friend at about 11am in the city (about an hour from my place) so hopefully can squeeze in a workout that morning too. Then my parents will be around so i'll visit them in the afternoon. Hopefully i'll get home late afternoon so i can chill for hte night.
Sunday the boy has football - sigh. Only three more games left of the season! We have to travel 2 hours to get there and 2 hours back. I wonder if i can rush a quick run in the morning, or if i should give it a rest?
I'm going to do a bodyjam class tonight too... wohoo!
I'm a bit stressed about Saturday - my first weigh in since being on holidays. When i went to the gym on Tuesday i was realllllllllly tempted to weigh myself. I was so curious about whether i'd put weight on (i have to have, surely). But i really, really want to stick to my once weekly weighing routine. Saturday morning after eating a banana or something small-ish and going for a 20 minute run.
SO I'M NERVOUS! SATURDAY! EEK! I dont want to move my graph up. Argh!
