Before After

Wednesday reason

I dont want to burst the buttons on my pants anymore.

This one pair of pants i own were getting a tinsy bit tight... and the buttons were straining a bit and coming loose. I dont want this to happen anymore, and i REFUSE to buy bigger pants until i lose weight.

excellent

I think clothes shopping is one of the best motivators to losing weight.  It's sad how fixated we are on clothing sizes, but going down to a smaller one is a victory like none other!

Great idea...

...not buying bigger clothes. I made that mistake and as I got comfortable with each bigger size I stopped worrying about losing weight. The next thing I know I was over 422 pounds and wearing muu muus! Maybe go shopping for a hot new pair of pants in a size smaller than your current ones and hang that on your closet door for motivation?

Thanks so much for the fish cake recipe. My grandma makes the same old salmon croquettes most Fridays so I passed on your recipe to her so she can get in a change. I am going to make them myself and maybe the sweetness of the pineapple will get my finicky son to eat fish!

That's funny

I'm the same way! I always refuse to buy bigger pants because I always tell myself that I'm not going to need them because soon I'll be smaller and it would then be a waste of money.... sometimes even when I desperately need new ones :P

Way to go!

Thats  all the motivation that I need too! It funny how much we depend on the number thats on that garment! I no longer keep the tags on, I cut them when I purchase them.

Thanks for your tip on the trainers, I really appreciate that! I'm going to be checking online for more info.

Have a wonderful day and see you tomorrow: D

Too Funny

Ugh... I know that feeling. I actually ripped a pair of jeans. Straight down the crotch... I never realized how big I was getting until I split my pants bending over.

It's amazing what a good motivator/indicator our clothes can be. Good luck with your journey!!
