THOUGHT FOR THE DAY.

I don't want to be self concious in my bathing suit.

I'm going on holiday next week and we're going to a theme park with all water rides... i had a dilemma in my little brain - do i just run around in my bathers all day, or do i get changed and undressed before and after i get on each ride? incredibly unpractical.

PLUS, i'm going with the boy, and the most unsexy thing in the world is a girl that's self concious.............................

2 words for you girlfriend...Beach Cover-up. I dont know if you have them in Aus. But we have them here..they come sheer to a terry cloth like material...good at camoflaging..!!! I hope you have an awesome time!

Forget about everybody else and have a great time!  It's not like you'll ever see these people again, right?  Keep up with your exercises this week and you'll feel FANTASTIC!  Have fun!

I second the cover up idea...

I have a little pull-over dress that I use or you can get a pair of shorts and wear those on top of your suit.  That's where I am this summer.  Too self concious to let my big butt hang out so I cover it up with shorts.  Works for now...

Stick with your program and work outs and that will lift your spirits and self confidence.  Happy Tuesday!

Oh you lucky thing going on holidays!!
But dont worry about the whole bathing suit dilema. If your really worried wear a singlet and some boardies for the rides, people will think your just being sunsmart :)
You go on holidays to relax, so try not to worry what other people are thinking. Chances are they are too busy worry about how they look to think about how you look. Plus who cares what they think, its not like your gonna see them again!!
