1. Ate pan fried salt and pepper pork for lunch instead of my planned lunch. Lots of salt - felt funny for hte rest of the day.
2. Didnt go to the gym.
One of my colleagues proposed to his girlfriend on the weekend, so we went out for a celebratory lunch. The menu was full of pan fried and coconut milk curries, and i couldnt figure out which one was worse - so i went for hte one that would be yummiest. On a positive note, i think it might have fit in with my daily calorie allowance because i had a fairly low calorie dinner.
Didnt go to the gym because it was just too damn cold, and i wanted to spend some time with my boy who is feeling a bit tired/down. Plus, i was pretty tired. I went Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday, plus i'll go to a class tonight, so hopefully that will be enough before weigh in saturday.

About 1.8 litres water
Banana (80 calories)
2 weetbix and skim milk ( 106 41 = 147)
salt and pepper pork with vegies (carrots, brocoli, bok choy) (guesstimate about 600)
Nestle all natural strawberry yoghurt (138)
Steak (was beautiful! yum! 192)
small serve of roast potato and parsnip (176)
Total: 1333

Cold
Hard to believe that, in this heat wave, it could possibly be cold anywhere on the planet. A friend of mine from high school lives out in your neck of the woods and she says she's freezing her ass off. Is that normal for Australia, especially in June? That's insane!

of your cold weather. Your American friends are over here sweating their bras off. It was 95 degrees F here yesterday with a humdity of over 100%. We call that hazy, hot and humid.
Over all, sounds like you made the best choice you could under the circumstances. And don't beat yourself up about the gym. You're doing really well with that. If you hit it at least 3 times a week you are right on target.
