I hear ya, sister!

My feet have been killing me carrying around all of this weight.  Can't wait until the recover.

Good job at the gym.  I did Week 1 Day2 of C25K this morning.  It kind of kicked my butt but I am determined to hang in there.

High heels

I think my feet still hurt when I'm thin (if my memory is working right) but I don't wear high heels anymore because my balance is off now!  I trip all the time if I'm wearing heels.    Either way - I'd like to be able to wear them again - I have a beautiful shoe collection!

 Hi and thank you for commenting on my page.  I am satisfied with the amount of calories I am eating.  My problem has always been my food choices.  I abosolutely love cakes, pies and candy...I have a vision and it includes some serious weight loss.  Seriously, I only eat when I am hungry and I am eating to live now, not living to eat. (This is something I had to learn,  anybody can say that they want to lose weight, but no matter how you go about doing it, if your mind is not ready to accept the fact and do it, it won't happen.  I am just focused, but please believe....when I am hungry I eat a little more.  Thanks so much for your concern and please don't be a stranger!!!!  God Bless and keep on losing!!!!  Oh and I wanted to ask you if you don't mind what type of program are you on?  If you want you can send me an email.....Toodles.
