Energiser bunny!
I am the energiser bunny. The biggest thing i notice when im eating better/working out is that i have 10 times more energy. I dont feel as sluggish, i dont wander - i walk fast.
Last night i went to a combat class at the gym, and it's changed since i'd last been. They have a new release which i'm not really a fan of - i like fast paced hardcore cardio, i dont want to waste my time (when im meant to be burning calories) on slow boring movements. So it kind of only felt like half a work out - we only did fast stuff for half the class.
And, i had so much energy that i just HAD to go for a trip on the eplileptical machine for 5 minutes after the class. I was pretty tired by then, but you know, not buggered like i wanted to feel. I'm not sore today either.
Am going to do day 2 week 1 of the C25K at the gym tonight too. Not going to spend too much time there 'cause i wanna see my boy!
It's kind of weird how my mind has changed to. I'm actually looking forward to weighing in. Hopefully i dont get my hopes up too high and end up feeling bad (like earlier posts), but i feel good. I'm confident.
Yesterday's calories were okay. I had a small piece of chocolate brownie and that was nice. My work is really bad at sabotaging - there's always cakes around. So work is at fault for the scones and brownies in the last couple of days.
BUT I ENJOYED THEM, so i'm not going to feel too guilty.
I was REALLY hungry yesterday too. Nothing seemed to fill me up, even when i drank a heap of water. I wonder if it's my body adjusting to working out/eating healthier?

- roast pork and cheese sandwich on light rye (438)

- Yopliat no fat honey and banana (my new favourite yoghurt - only 102 calories!)
- Salmon steak (150)
