Bad day yesterday....

Food wise. I lost all self control and ate a big fat juicey appley danish. They're like a zillion calories, and i didnt really enjoy it, but i ate it.

I'm finding my food is slowly getting not as good (haha what top grammar), at the same time as i'm not exercising.

Oh no!

So, need to cut back my calories about another 100 per day, and also need to get my butt into gear again. Am going to the gym tomorrow morning. New beginning X500.

Dunno whether i should weigh in tomorrow either.

What do you guys think?

I havent weighed in 2 weeks now. First week of that was relatively good - gym most days, eating well. This week havent been to the gym at all and have been eating rather averagely.

Oh, and on another note... get this for freakiness. Both Incomplete and Kelly Marie and I have the same middle names! Spelt the same way, everything. How rare! I thought it was odd to have a middle name spelt Marie rather than Maree, but alas... extrapounds IS good for something!

Have nothing planned tomorrow which is great. We're going to see Shrek 3 either tonight or tomorrow, am going to the gym tomorrow morn and will get my eyebrows waxed. Also need to do the groceries and a bit of cleaning (hopefully the boy most of hte cleaning).

Sunday is football AGAIN. Can't wait till the season is over and we can have our weekends back. We're playing at the end of hte earth again this weekend - so like a 2 hour trip there and 2 hour trip back. BLAH!

Food eaten yesterday:

  • Carmens muesli bar (197 calories)
  • Danish (368 - my god.)
  • 2 small bagels with relatively healthy fillings - ham, cheese, lettucey stuff (around 156 in total)
  • Turkey chops for dinner (yum!) (408)
  • oven baked roast potatoes (176)

Total: 1305ish

I found...

...that it's always better to weigh in anyway, even if you think you are going to have a gain. When I first started Weight Watchers I would skip if it was my TOM or I cheated badly during the week. But I realized that seeing the gain helped to motivate me to do better the following week. It hurts and makes you feel like crap to see the numbers go up but it helps too. AND you might be surprised! It was my TOM this past week and I was HUNGRY. I ate through all my points, my flex points and then some and I still lost 3 pounds. I'm guessing that my body needed the fuel and that my TOM was throwing my metabolism off and that it all evened out in the end.

I wish you a better week this week. And don't fret about the danish. Did you enjoy it? Then good because it's always good to indulge ourselves a little so we don't binge later. :-)

Do it.

Weigh in, no matter if you feel it is going to be good or bad.  Why only weigh on the good weeks.  Need to see it all.  Face it.

Oiy at that danish!  I am feeling cravings coming on... just finishing TOM myself, so I know that is part of it.
