Combat is the schizzle!

So last night i went to a combat class at the gym. Was good fun - very glad i went. I'm a little bit sore in the arm region today, but that's mainly because i used muscles i dont usually use.

Have decided though that i DEFINITELY need a new sports bra. This one just isnt going to cut it. My back was sore halfway through the class yesterday and it si a bit today, i guess from all that jumping and boobage moving. My friend said cross over is best for high impact stuff... any suggestions girls?! I'm a D cup (is that a bit personal!??!) if that's of any assistance - so not massive, but enough to put a massive strain on my back.

Nothing planned for tonight - mad cleaning the house for inspection tomorrow. We don't own - we rent, but our lease is up and i think they want to boost the rent. We're half looking for somewhere else to live - not just better $$ value, but i want something smaller and also in a different suburb. Ours is a very family type suburb close to the beach, but further from town - probably adds another 20 minutes to my trip each day. So i want to live a bit closer to town.

Then on Thursday i'll go to the gym - maybe do a body jam class.

Am making a concious effort to eat more vegies too - i HATE vegies, with a passion. So this is a big deal for me.

I have an extra long weekend this weekend - it's a public holiday on monday here, but i've taken Friday and Tuesday off too - so i'll have fri, sat, sun, mon, tues off - hooray! V.much neede break.

Sports bras... annoying!

I found a good sports bra by fluke at Big W... and it cost me about $22.. it's a racer back, but at the bottom it also has two hooks.. so you pull it over your head, and then hook it up. My girls go nowhere then! Hah.. I also managed to get the only DD they had... so I know how you feel with finding the cup sizes... it's horrible! I can't remember what brand it is though... sorry!

I too, also realised I needed a new sports bra when I started doing star jumps and I wondered what was hitting me in the chin! True story LOL.

Bras..

I'll have to try BigW for a decent sports bra.. I'm also a D, so no, not too personal at all !!! I've been wearing an OLD bra that is really tight to hold the girls in.. lol. Definitely time to invest in a decent sporty one.

Those classes sound like fun! I'd be into them if a) I had a partner to go with and b) If any of the gyms around here offered them.

Bleh. Veggies suck!

Veggies

Now there's a real challenge - it's hard enough trying to eat right when you can't stand veggies.  That's too bad!

Good luck finding a good bra.  Mine cross in the back - I think I picked them up at Wal-Mart.

I never get my veggies in!

On WW we are supposed to eat at least 5 servings a day but I'm lucky if I get in one. I need to make a conscious effort myself. Is the combat class like Tae Bo? The name alone sounds like a workout.

Good luck with the house hunt. I hate looking for a new place to live. Keep up the good work!

Hope the inspection went well!

Well my Xantrax week:...... I got moody at times.... ate pretty crappy, forgot to take the xantrax half the time and still stayed at the same weight!! I can actually exercise this week, so we will see how that goes with the xantrax!

For high impact stuff I wear a sports bra then like a sports crop top for extra support! The girls don't move about which is good :)
