Hi ho.. hi ho.. it's off to work i go!

Is that all i do with my life? is life meant to be so consumed with work?

Well, why is it then?

I've been in my first full time job for about 18 months now, and i must tell you, it's been a bit of a let down. Not the actual job - i love it. But the fact that you feel like you wake up, go to work, go to sleep, wake up, go to work, go to sleep.

Hrrmmm i guess it's all a means to and ends though, right? Work allows me to buy stuff, go places etc etc.

Someone sent me a chain email today about star signs. It was actually kinda funny and cute. I'm a Taurus, and apparently I'm:

Food eaten yesterday:

• 2 pieces wholemeal toast (one with dairy free marg, the other light peanut butter)
• 1 carmens muesli bar
• small serve of left over fried rice
• 2 tim tams
• 2 pieces of toast again

I've never heard of Carmens, but you talk of them often. Might have to have a look out here.

For the best

A psychologist spoke at my weekend convention.  She says that whenver she faces hardship in her life, like a car accident for instance, that it is "for the best."  Basically, everything in life happens for a reason, and you just have to find the good in it.  I'm sure things will work out for the best for "the boy".

Work sucks!

Ahhh yes... welcome to full time work! Where you wake up, grumble, get ready, go to work, work, come home,  and go to bed ridiculously   early!!  .... well i do cos i have to wake up at the lovely hour of 6am :)

I got that star sign email too!! I'm on the cusp of aries and taurus so i have no idea what to believe! :P

.... i want a tim tam!!
