Yay for weekend!
Hey guys,
not a heap to report today. Read another chapter of the book, which is just amazing. It's really clear and plain language - i'm an endomorph (clearly... when i read it all i went OMG thats me) and it described ways that i should lose weight, food i should avoid etc etc. Apparently cardio is the most crucial thing for the endomorph body - i can eat well until the cows come home, but if i dont combine it with a LOT of cardio, nothings going to happen.
This is different than some other 'types' of people - all they have to do is start eating a bit better and the weight just literally falls off.
Am going back home tonight to see the boy and spend the weekend in my home town. It's a friends birthday on Saturday, but i'm driving so i wont drink too much (one or two wines). Will go to the gym first thing in the morning tomorrow:
Saturday plan:
- Gym (will also weigh in - dont expect any change)
- Gift shopping
- Clean
- Get ready for night out
Sunday plan:
- Gym
- Stuff with boy

Food eaten Thursday
- 2 weetbix with skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1 carmens muesli bar
- 2 pork sausages
- 1 baked potato
- approx 2 litres water
Goals met:
- Ate every 2ish hours
- Drank water
- Did not exercise - it rained SO much yesterday
