Weight Loss

I gained 21 pounds during my pregnancy and lost it ALL in the first few days of having my daughter.  I have since passed the weight I was before I got pregnant.  I stepped on the scale yesterday and was in utter shock to see that I was FINALLY out of the blasted 170's!!!  I don't know what's doing it - I guess the breastfeeding, but whatever is helping me to lose this weight, I am thankful for it!

My Daughter

I had my daughter on her due date - July 9th.

Her name is Danika Michelle.  She was 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and 20 inches. ^_^

I gained a total of 21 pounds during my entire pregnancy and lost it in the first week!  I keep losing weight, so we'll see where I end up!

Still Pregnant

I know it's been a while since I last posted, but obviously, I can't diet because I am pregnant!

I am almost 35 weeks, so I'll be having her very soon.  Yes, I said her, we are having a baby girl! ^_^

I would like to report that according to my doctor's office I have gained twelve pounds since the beginning of my pregnancy, which I am so terribly happy about.  I have researched and since I was overweight to begin with it's best to gain between 15-25 pounds.  By the time I have her, I'll probably be around a 15-20 pound weight gain altogether.  YAY me! ^_^

I hope everyone else is doing well!

Well...

It looks like my weight loss is on hold for a while - I found out I'm pregnant on November 7th! ^_^

OMG

Where did ALL of my blog postings go?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!  I haven't been on in a little while and EVERYTHING I ever wrote is GONE!!!

Going Strong

I have been doing great - I am making sure I get on the treadmill everyday.  There's been a few days when I haven't, but I'm not getting myself down on not doing it...sometimes you just don't feel like it, you know?  But I am happy to report that I have been working out for over a month now. 

I have lost seven pounds since August 18th and I've lost several inches all over.  I am currently trying to decrease the amount of apple juice and soda I intake and drink lots more water - so far so good.

I am hoping I can stick with this for sure - I feel like I can.  I am not going to weigh myself again for another month or so.  I will try to wait until the end of November or December.  The numbers on the scale are constantly changing because my body is and I don't want to get discouraged because they didn't move down like I thought they would.  We'll see what happens.

I'm Still Here

I'm still here, but I haven't been feeling like blogging my progress.  I have kept track of my weight and inches on here though. ^_^

I have been on the treadmill everyday for a month.  I've lost a few pounds and inches.  I'm not going to get on the scale for a few months - I need to continue this current routine before I decide to check out those numbers.  I'm going by the way my clothing fits.  I got into a pair of jeans I couldn't fit into for a while, so I'm really excited for that. ^_^

I hope everyone is doing well!  Drop by and say hi - I'm still here, I promise.  I'll try to blog a little more often.

Weight

Kellmerr - I read your comment on my last post, I have no maintained my weight...it keeps going up and down. >_<

For the last 3 weeks I have been working out at least 3 days and for at least 20 minutes. ^_^  I've lost a pound because I was at 177 and now I'm at 176.

Well...

Obviously, I have fallen off the wagon and have been left in its dust.

I am still the same weight I have been for as long as I can friggin' remember.  176.5  I don't know what I can do to keep myself motivated.  I don't know what I can do to keep exercise exciting and new.  I just don't know anymore.

Back on the Bandwagon

I exercised this morning for 32 minutes - I did A LOT of different things.  I did 210 sit-ups, some legs exercises, jogging around my backyard and walking, played with my dog Sparky, stretches, push-ups, etc, etc, etc.

I know I can keep this up.  I need to do it at least four days a week. 

I had a bowl of cereal for a late breakfast, will have a Slim-Fast shake for lunch, and a half cup of pasta for dinner tonight.
