back in business

I was sick for two weeks and boy did it take it's toll. My weight loss halted and it was not like I ate more food, but it stopped. Now I am eating again and the weight is coming off. I guess that is what happens when your body thinks it is starving.

Today I am finally back to where to I started in March 2006 with no phentermine and just needing to be a little smaller. Well now that I am feeling better it is time to kick up this weight loss the weather has calmed down enough that I can start back on my lunch time walks which is two miles around my building.

I hope that everyone is ready for the holidays that is my true testing time... I love food and desserts.

Feeling Blah...

 I am not feeling too good, it has been a week now and I am not getting better, so I guess it is time to see the doctor. I don't usually get sick often but anyway it has slowed down my weight loss and my ability to exercise much, but I really hate being sick... yuck!!

One month and 15lbs lighter

 

yeah I did it... Well I went for my check up with the weight loss doctor today and I am down 15lbs I am so happy, I also seemed to shock him when I brought in a copy of my food diary over the last month, he said in over 10 years he has never had a patient bring in their food diary for him to review... I was a little surprised about that, but he said to keep it up eat more vegetables and If I am still going at this rate I may lose another 15 pounds over the next 30 days, which really works for me...  however I know weight loss goes up and down so we shall remain optimistic.

Another week

Another week down and several more to go. I have been doing really good with counting my calories and keeping it together. Today we had a birthday party at my job and I only had one plate of food although I wanted more I was able to stop myself, which is an accomplishment in itself.  Now to get my workouts on a better routine would be nice.

another pound down

They say it takes 6 weeks to break or make a new habit. Well it is working, so far I have been sticking to 1500 calories a day with the help of the phentermine. I do feel hungry at times but not as bad as use to I just have to pick and choose my foods wisely, and remember to eat something every 3 hours. Drinking water hasn't been as good as usual but I have increased my tea and so far been able to cut out the sodas.

I lost 10lbs the last two weeks of August and my goal this month is to lose at least 15lbs. that would bring me to the 200 mark, which I haven't seen since 2003. and the next thing is to start back to working out on a regular basis. So I think I will start going back to my dance classes and kickboxing soon.

I am on my way

August 22nd, I started Phentermine along with a plan to keep myself to only 1500 calories a day, I was able to eat whatever i wanted but you know that you don't feel like eating anything on the Phentermine, and usually I don't lose very much.

I am so happy to report that I have lost 10lbs over two weeks, and I am so happy, I still have 40 more to go. I have been walking more I got a little pedometer to count my steps and calories burned it has been great...

getting there

Today is okay, I am trying to eat better especially since I cannot move as well as I would like to. I have been able to walk a couple of times with my dog and I have been working out pretty good for a week. I would love a consistent workout buddy hubby is okay but he is not consistent at all...

Sore Legs won't Keep me down

I month long break, and a little hot wether and I am swelling... it is amazing how much water weight one can retain... This Week I  incorporated weights in my regiment. I life weights Three days a week for 45 minutes at a strech along with 20 minutes cardio three days a week, excercising isn't usually my problem it is food. ... I never eat right, I am trying to eat something every 3 hours or so, and not just junk although I have had to have today was a little stressfull...

Despite all of that, over the past three days I have been working actively to get myself back in shape, and get my body back to normal what-ever that means... I just want to move not like I did when I was a teenager but I was in great shape at 24 and I would love to feel that way again.

 

Getting Serious

Well this week I have decided to get serious with my weight loss, so far I have been to kickboxing three days this week and walked the local trail for four miles.

I am in the military and I have to make hieght and weight in order to get into a training school I really want to get into. there is still much to be done. I am thinking of starting the South Beach Diet it seems reasonable and right in line with what I like to eat...

this /- 1 to 2 lbs is too much. it has got to come off...

I feel fat

Today I feel so fat... my weight has been going up and down and the least little thing makes me gain five pounds I kickbox, and Dance a total of four days a week, I just don't have time to do it all of the time... it was so much easier when I was still in my 20's it seemed like 25 was it for me and my metabolism said "i give up"...
