Mentally changed ?

Well , it is about 1 week  I am back from Florida . It was such a nice vacation specially having the sun and the temperature 27c , ocean ,..., my birthday .
 
But I learnt something .
Unfortunately I am not changed mentally .
It is again related to the food . I can tell that I ate what ever I wanted .  Every time I saw that magnificent Buffet Breakfast I forget everything , counting points , the level of the fullness , avoiding un healthy food.
 
I was so lucky that the result was not that bad the way It supposed to be.
Yesterday I went to my WW meeting and as a fortune , I just gained 1.2 lbs and the best thing that I don't lose my 20 lbs STAR.
 
But the thing that I am sorry for is still I need a big force to continue this journey. I was talking with my leader about this and she said something I want to share it with you :
It takes so long to built a habit ( it may take  a year or even years) .
Any way, I am back on track (something I am happy about) and
  
I WILL CONTINUE NO MATTER WHAT .
 
Anar joonam , you are soooooooooooo funny . Some times you forget  giving me the star but the past month you announced it 2 times the loss of my 20 lbs . Thank you so muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh .
 
 
One more thing , I've started GYM . It's really fun specially with this cute, handsome,sexy ,.. trainer . He gave me a 6 week weight loss program . let's see what will be the result.

The very fact that you have written this post and you are commited to jumping back on track is the most fundumental change that you have made.  Do not underestimate it. Remember:

You can do it.  I can see it in every post you write. Your have had a real change in how you approach your weight issue and it shows very clearly. The rest will follow...slowly but surely.

First of all thank you dear for your birthday greeting. I wish you a happy birthday too:)

you're right, it takes time to build up a habit, till then, strictly avoid buffet places. Even change your driving directions so that you don't pass by one! that's the only way! i used to (still am) love this pizza place, it's not a buffet, but they had my fave pizza, and it's on my walk way home. I used to take another route so that i don't get the smell:)

you're doing good. you're "determined" and that's 51% of it!

سوفي جون نگران نباش.اين مشكل رو هممون داريم.باور كن من هم كه تونستم وزن كم كنم وبه وزن هدف خيلي نزديكم هنوز از خودم راضي نيستم.چون هنوزم سهميه مصرفي روزانم رو فقط از چيزهاي بد تامين مي كنم.از خودم راضي نيستم چون اگه با اين روش حتي بتونم به وزن هدفمم برسم ولي بازم چاق ميشم.يا حداقل بدنم سالم نيست.اين موضوع خيلي مهمه كه واقعا زمان بذاريم واين مشكل رو براي خودمون حل كنيم.يه استثناهايي اشكالي نداره ولي چرا من فقط با اين ذهنيت كه حالا مهمونيه امروز اشكالي نداره پرخوري كنم واين همه غذاهاي غير مفيد بريزم توي شكمم.از خودم عصبانيم.خواستم فقط بهت بگم كه تمركزتو بذار روي همين تغيير كه از وزن كم كردنتم مهم تره.....حتي اگه زمان ببره خيلي مي ارزه.باور كن
