بقیه هفته رو دوبله ملاحظه کن. من جدا ازت انتظار دارم هفته دیگه تو صف ستاره بگیر ها باشی ها. تحرکت رو بیشتر کن و سعی کن غذاهایی که چگالی کالری کمتری دارند بخوری.
