mid-week weigh-in ... is it worth it?
weighed myself this morning and it didn't look good, infact i felt very sad about it ... i normally weigh-in on saturday but do tend to check midweek wed or thu ... i have stuck to the diet chef 100% ... i don't know what i have done wrong!

I usually weigh at least several times per week (or even every day sometimes), but I have to just look at the general trend rather than the exact weight each day because my weight tends to fluctuate quite a bit due to water, especially related to my cycle. But I have noticed also (and read that this is the case, as well) that after a hard workout you also hold water due to a small amount of inflammation in the muscles as they repair themselves and become stronger. So it can artificially make it look like you aren't losing, when you actually are.
It doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong, so try to hang in there, and hopefully the scale will catch up with you by the day of your official weigh-in.
