friday, day before weigh-in
weigh-in tomorrow ... looking forward to lossing a couple of pound , i haven't set myself high expectations this time round , im just going to go along with slow and steady.
is anyone else on a similar diet at the moment ???

I did the Jenny Craig program nine years ago, lost over 55 pounds, and have kept it off ever since. The food made it easy for my consultant to help me to focus on the lifestyle factors that had made, and kept, me fat. It took food out of the picture as a focus because it was already prepared, and when I got to halfway, I started learning how to prepare food in the proper quantities to keep it off.

Good luck with your weigh in. I've never done a program like that, but it sounds really sensible and convenient. I had a coworker that did a similar program (it may have been Nutrisystem) and she was able to lose weight, and she liked it because she didn't have to plan meals, and she could keep a lot of the higher calorie foods out of the house entirely.
You're doing a great job so far - keep it up!
