Multivitamin: Iron (25 half tablet),  Immune suppl (half tablet)

Note: during last 2 days I was not hungry for most of the time during day time and then feeling so much hungry later in the afternoons and evenings, so I am taking2/3 of my calories during the evening, I should do something for it...

Thursday May 1,

Activities: 30 minutes walk, 30 minutes dancing

carb: 167 (16 fiber)  protein: 81   Fat:45 (11 Sat)

pedometer: didn't have it.

Multivitamin: No

water: 6cup

Sleep: 11:30    wake up: 7:30

Wed Apr 30,

Activities: 30 minutes walk

Calorie: 943

carb: 129 (15fiber)   protein: 70 Fat: 20(6 Sat)

pedometer: 4700 (had it for half day)

Multivitamin: Iron (25 half tablet), 

water: 3cup

Hmmm! what you had for lunch? what were your activies on Thursday adn Friday? it is better to adjust your activities with your diet! your metabolism is low ...
