I swam for 1 hour:)

Calories taken: 1670

My Activity today: Dancing (for 30 minutes, 150 calories), Swimming (1 hour, 420 calories)

Slept:11:30 pm, got up: 7:30 am.

Work on my paper: Nothing...??!! Just wanted to have a relaxed Saturday:)

Water: 4 cups, multi Vitamins: No, Iron: 15mg (slow releasing supplementary) 

Breakfast: Milk (a cup) Whole bread (6 grain, 2 slice), Feta cheese (1.5 cubic cm), Orange juice (1.5 cup)

Snack morning: Appale (1 medium) , Edamame: (0.5 cup)

Lunch: Brown rice (1 cup), Chicken (half leg), Icetea (1 glass)

Afternoon snack: mushrooms and zuchini (cooked in 1 spoon olive oil)

Dinner: Salaad ( lettece, tomato, green peas, corn with fresh lime juice)

(I was so hungray and wanted so much to eat cheetoz (pofak), and I didn't cook anything for dinner. First I thought I will go for grocery tonight and will buy one cheetoz too, but finally decided not to go and just made a delicious Salad, What a Good Girl I am!(dare nooshbeh bara khodam baz konam-:)

 Although I didn't worked on my paper, But my day was very good and I am happy:)

I was hungry again before sleeping and ate a cup of cereal and milk!

Pofak Namaki

Hi Soozan joon, Good work with keeping track of your daily intake. What a good girl not giving in to that Pofak Namaki crave. Also wanted to tell you that some stores sell the baked cheetos. The baked ones are not as fattening as the regular ones. Just in case if you crave it next time :o)Good luck.
