My Activity today: Dancing (for 30 minutes, 150 calories), Swimming (1 hour, 420 calories)
Slept:11:30 pm, got up: 7:30 am.
Work on my paper: Nothing...??!! Just wanted to have a relaxed Saturday:)
Water: 4 cups, multi Vitamins: No, Iron: 15mg (slow releasing supplementary)
Breakfast: Milk (a cup) Whole bread (6 grain, 2 slice), Feta cheese (1.5 cubic cm), Orange juice (1.5 cup)
Snack morning: Appale (1 medium) , Edamame: (0.5 cup)
Lunch: Brown rice (1 cup), Chicken (half leg), Icetea (1 glass)
Afternoon snack: mushrooms and zuchini (cooked in 1 spoon olive oil)
Dinner: Salaad ( lettece, tomato, green peas, corn with fresh lime juice)
(I was so hungray and wanted so much to eat cheetoz (pofak), and I didn't cook anything for dinner. First I thought I will go for grocery tonight and will buy one cheetoz too, but finally decided not to go and just made a delicious Salad, What a Good Girl I am!(dare nooshbeh bara khodam baz konam-:)
Although I didn't worked on my paper, But my day was very good and I am happy:)
I was hungry again before sleeping and ate a cup of cereal and milk!
