Breakfast: Milk (1 cup), Tea (2 cup), date (1)
Lunch: Brown rice (1 cup cooked with oil), ground beef (0.5 cup cooked), Iced tea (1 glass) Orange (1 medium)
Afternoon snack: edamama (0.5 cup)
Dinner: Brown rice (2 cup, I ate alot-;(-), Chicken leg (half, bone less), Yougart (3 table spoon) orange (1 medium)
Work start: 11 am, worked for 4 hours ((mainly on my first manuscript)

Hi Hana,
Most of the grocery stores here (US) have edamame. Look for it in the frozen vegetable parts. where do you live?

Edamame
here has some info about it (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edamame). I buy the frozen beens in pod (with the shell). for eating, I wash it with the warm water for 1 minute and put it in the microwave for 1 minute. then I spike a little salt on it, and eat it. I love it. It is healthy too.
