Day 5
Yesterday, I was terrible!
I had cereal and skim milk for breakfast. Just for being lazy I didn't bring foof from home, which costs me more when I buy out, and also I din't know how much calories I am eating.
I came home early to take a nap and study more, instead, I ate rice and eggplant dish, I slept, woke up and had more food, and didn't even touch my notes :(.
I don't know what goes wrong with me on some days. I know I have so much to do, but there is something inside me preventing me from getting anything done. I guess thats the fear of not being able to finish :(
